Machine Vision
Eyes are added to the manufacturing process for detection, identification, positioning and measurement
Machine Vision

Machine vision is a technology that uses machines instead of human eyes to measure and judge. It converts the captured object into an image signal through an image capture device (such as CMOS and CCD cameras) and transmits it to a dedicated image processing system, which converts these signals into digital signals by analyzing information such as pixel distribution, brightness, and color. The image processing system performs various operations on these signals, extracts the characteristics of the target, and controls the equipment action in the field according to the discriminating results.
