From November 12-14, 2024, the highly anticipated SPS exhibition was held in Nuremberg, Germany. As a leading global event in the field of electrical automation systems and components, the Nuremberg Automation Show holds a prestigious and longstanding reputation. Established in 1990, it has become a key annual gathering that attracts prominent international brands. This year, Elco Automation showcased its latest series of cutting-edge automation products and intelligent manufacturing solutions. Elco Automation stood alongside industry giants like Siemens, ABB, and Balluff, exploring the latest trends in industrial automation development.

01 / Bus Products

At the exhibition, ELCO's self-developed and innovative FX20 series products, along with JO-Link metal modules, were the highlights of the event. The FX20 series consists of bus couplers and feature-rich 10 modules. The terminals feature a of two-section separated design, sigificantly enhancing the ease of module replacment and maintenance. Additionally, the product utilizes high-speed 100 Mbps backplane bus technology, offering high communication bandwidth and fast response speed. It is also compatible with

a variety of mainstream Ethernet bus protocols, including EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, CC-LINK IE FB, etc. The system can be expanded by up to 32 function modules, suporting a wide range of module types, such as digital input/output, relay output, ianalog input/output, temperature measurement, high-speed counting, IO-Link master, communication bridge, etc., making it a versatile solution for various automation system needs. .

In the 1O-Link exhibition area, ELCO ishowcased its unique IO-Link total solutions, including IO-Link standard masters, metal enclosure masters, IP67 slaves, IP20 slaves, and high-frequency RFIDs that support 1O-Link. Among them, the two classic 10 product series,Compact67 and Slim67, have already gained significant traction in the European market. Notably, the Slim67 analog module with its metal casing has received recognition for its compact design and versatile, configurable analog input/output functions.

02 / Sensor Products

In the Sensors section, ELCO showcased its LVM series of 3D laser profile sensors, featuring ultra-high-speed processors. This includes the cost-effective LVM21 series, the 4K high-resolution LVM23 series, and the 4K high-resolution, high frame rate LVM25 series. The various product series offer diverse options to cater to different customer application needs.

The LVM21 series supports 1456 contour dots, with 0.5µm Z-axis repeatability,

a scanning speed range of 270-5000Hz, and a maximum scanning field of view of 1160mm.

The LVM23 series offers 4200 contour dots, 0.3µm Z-axis repeatability,

a scanning speed range of 316-12000Hz, and a maximum scanning field of view of 2000mm.

The LVM25 series supports 4096 contour points, 0.1µm Z-axis repeatability, a scanning speed range of 2000-37900Hz, and a maximum scanning field of view of 975.4mm.
